Kevin Fleming graduated from West Virginia University in 1991 with a Bachelor of Science in
Landscape Architecture. Soon after, he joined Lipinski Landscape in Marlton, New Jersey, where
he began as a landscape designer. His work ethic, creativity and leadership quickly moved him
into establishing a new division which soon became – Lipinski Estate Pools
Over the next eleven years, Kevin’s innovative approach and deep understanding of outdoor environments helped grow the company significantly, laying the foundation for his next venture.
In 2002, driven by a passion for design and a vision for elevating outdoor living, Kevin founded Liquid Design, LLC. His goal was to blend the principles of landscape architecture with the art of water shaping, creating spaces that embody harmony between form and function. Guided by that philosophy, Kevin built a loyal team of craftsmen and trusted subcontractors who have collaborated with him for decades, each sharing his pursuit of excellence and precision. Together, they’ve shaped Liquid Design into a brand recognized for creativity, integrity, and enduring quality—a foundation that also inspired the creation of Contrast Design, a landscape design/build firm and 3F Consulting specializing in design, pool engineering and construction defect analysis. These endeavors have extended Kevin’s influence across the pool industry and helped shape some of the most comprehensive and distinctive exterior environments.
Kevin is a graduate of the Genesis 3 Design School and in 2005, earned the prestigious title of Society of Watershape Designers (SWD). His expertise and dedication led him to become an instructor for the Genesis 3 program, where he taught Elements of Design, mentoring others in the craft of high-level pool and watershape design.
Through his persistence, artistry, and vision, Liquid Design has become synonymous with high- end custom, architectural water environments that merge design integrity with natural elegance.
From the intricate hand renderings that marked the beginning of his career to the cutting-edge 3D visualizations that define his work today, Kevin has always embraced innovation as a cornerstone of design. His passion for progress led to the creation of OnePool USA, a wellness company offering hybrid drop-in pools, spas, plunge pools and saunas - where technology, craftsmanship, and sustainability merge to elevate the swimming pool experience. With deep insight into the future of the pool industry, Kevin continues to guide Liquid Design toward new horizons of creativity, precision, and possibility.
